新增账户管理类,创建AccountManager类以处理账户信息的保存和建议邮箱的生成。同时更新CursorRegistration类以使用AccountManager进行账户信息的保存,并在用户输入邮箱时提供建议邮箱功能。更新多语言本地化文件以支持新功能的翻译。
